Evaluated columns in a Database allow you to manage by exception identifying problems rapidly thus making the best use of management time and energy. Evaluated columns are different from calculated columns as they are recalculated every time the Database is opened or refreshed.

There are 2 types of evaluated Columns:

  • Risk/Impact Traffic Light. The traffic lights provide you with a view of the risk impact multiplied by the likelihood of occurrence.
  • Activity Status by Date.   The status by date allows you to automatically assess
