The Likes page is your personal list of content you’ve marked as useful or interesting. It helps you quickly find items you’ve engaged with across your workspaces.

What is the Likes page?

When you like content, it is saved to your Likes page so you can easily return to it later.

This includes content from across your workspaces, all in one place.

What happens when I like something?

The item is added to your Likes page

You can quickly access it again at any time

The content owner may be notified that their content was liked

Liking content is a simple way to keep track of useful information and highlight valuable content to others.

Does liking something subscribe me to it?

No. Liking content does not subscribe you or send you updates.

If you want to receive notifications about changes or activity, you will need to use subscriptions or notifications separately.

Will I receive notifications?

You will not receive notifications for content you like.

However, the person who owns or created the content may be notified when it is liked.

Why would I unlike something?

You can unlike items to keep your Likes page organised and relevant.

For example, you might remove items that are no longer useful or that you no longer need to revisit.

What can I do on the Likes page?

From the Likes page, you can:

  • View all content you have liked

  • Open items directly

  • Unlike individual items

  • Unlike all items within a workspace

  • Clear your entire Likes list
