Kahootz Office lets users view and edit supported documents, spreadsheets and presentations directly in their browser.

It supports a wide range of file formats, including Microsoft Office and OpenDocument files. Users can also collaborate in real time, add comments and use tracked changes.

How to enable Kahootz Office (Site Owners only)

1. Open your Kahootz site administration settings.

2. Find the Kahootz Office settings.

3. Select Enable Kahootz Office features.

4. Choose whether to allow users to:

   1. Print from Kahootz Office

      
      

   2. Download and export files from Kahootz Office

5. Save your changes.

Once enabled, users can open supported files in their browser and work on them online.

Kahootz Office supports common file types such as:

• Text documents, including .docx, .doc, .odt and .rtf

• Spreadsheets, including .xlsx, .xls, .ods and .csv

• Presentations, including .pptx, .ppt and .odp

• Other supported formats, including PDF and Visio files

Support and editing capabilities may vary by file type.
