When setting up an event in a Kahootz calendar you can choose to use our integrated Kahootz conference calling.
Kahootz will then show that your event has a conference call with a little telephone icon, and will include information about how to join the call in the event details and in the email notifications about the event. Each event will be automatically given its own dedicated teleconference room, just for you and your participants - there's no need to book in, and your call won't be shared with others.
There's even a set of geographical numbers around the world; each participant can call the number for their country, enter your event's unique PIN, and be linked to the same teleconference.
Teleconferencing is funded by the cost of the calls, there's no additional charge to your Kahootz licence or monthly invoices.
Kahootz Tip: There is no limit to the number of Guests who can join your conference call. However, we require 24hr notice for calls with over 100 Guests.
Please also be aware that for everyone who joins your call has to pay the cost of their own call at 12.5p/min + VAT (Details correct as of 1st June 2019).
